Holland told Z93 she was inspired when she went to a conference in Atlanta three years ago that focused on black women being leaders.

“I left this conference feeling so empowered and motivated to start my show All That Jazz,” said Holland.

“I wanted to be able to bring something like this to Wisconsin because as women we often feel like we are juggling so many tasks … We have the feeling that sometimes you can’t make our dreams come true because we just have.” A lot on ours Plate. But the reality is that we can achieve these goals that we have for ourselves, and we can achieve that by reaching out to other great black women who are here in our state and do these things as well. “

The day event will take place in Viterbo with speakers from all over the state.

“It’s amazing to know that these women are literally a few hours apart,” said Holland. “We’re all here in the same state so it won’t be too much for us to just get in the car one day, meet her and you’ll be able to just network and know, enjoy this sisterhood or not just learn to lift ourselves up even more. “

That evening, the All That Jazz kickback party will be held at the Maple Grove Venues to network with food, music and dance in a more sociable atmosphere.

“This conference is all about getting black women together in Wisconsin. Networking, sharing our tips and tricks on how we can achieve our goals, harmonize life and improve as individuals. “
