Love had joined the board following his then highly controversial and controversial reinstatement in May 2021. He was a member until his resignation on April 8th.

Further writing from the letter read by Bartlett, in Love’s words: “Please accept this resignation effective April 8, 2022. It has been a pleasure working with dedicated community members.”

The request for approval of Love’s resignation was made ahead of the monthly meeting of community supervisors at Monday’s Canal Authority meeting.
