Jayanti Dalmiya opens the 19th chapter of Flo in Vadodara


Vadodara (Gujarat) [India], June 25 (ANI/PNN): FLO strives to nurture female entrepreneurs and professionals and help them grow professionally. The launch of this chapter will help bring entrepreneurs, both existing and potential entrepreneurs, and other professionals under the FLO umbrella. “Gujarat is often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the West Indies’ and represents the vibrancy of India, while Vadodara is one of the leading industrial centers known for its entrepreneurial spirit. This is the result of long established business houses and the business acumen rooted in the culture and tradition of Gujarat and we look forward to working actively in Vadodara.” said Jayanti Dalmia, President FLO.

FLO Vadodara is an addition to FLO’s 18 existing chapters across the country with headquarters in New Delhi. The new chapter aims to enhance women’s skills through appropriate awareness, training and development programs that will enable women to contribute to India’s socio-economic growth by fulfilling their individual potential. Reshma Patel was announced as the founding Chair of the new Chapter along with her dynamic team of Officers, Barkha Amin (Sr. Vice-Chair), Avni Bhayani (Vice-Chair), Rati Desai (Treasurer) and Avni Patel (Executive Secretary).

Speaking to the media, Reshma Patel said: “I am grateful to FLO for giving me this opportunity. The celebratory event was further enhanced by the inauguration of the FLO Ariso Bazaar and was very well attended with strong participation from Vadodara Chapter members as well as the Governing Board, past Presidents and National Governing Body members from across the country.
