The recent decision by the Delaware Chancery Court to deny Boeing’s motion to dismiss shareholder derivatives suits paints a devastating picture of board governance failures related to Boeing’s response to the October 2018 Lion Air crash and the crash of Ethiopian Airlines in March 2019.
